Senior Power BI Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain production-ready analytics products using Power BI, Tableau, and other analytical technologies.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Source, transform, validate, and manage complex datasets to support various data products.
• Analyze data trends, investigate anomalies, and troubleshoot reporting issues to provide actionable insights.
• Communicate complex analytical findings through clear written summaries, visualizations, and presentations to senior leaders.
• Identify opportunities to automate data preparation, reporting, and quality validation processes.
• Maintain clear documentation for analytics solutions, methodologies, data definitions, and development standards.
• Support data quality efforts to ensure all analytics products are accurate, consistent, and reliable.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Informatics, Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or a related analytical discipline.
• Advanced experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms, including Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational and/or dimensional data models.
• Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets and developing production-ready analytics solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting analytical findings to senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
