Senior Manager, Business Intelligence

What you'll do

• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making for Sales Operations leaders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts responsible for reporting and dashboard development.
• Translate complex business questions from stakeholders into actionable analytical approaches and insights.
• Analyze business trends and customer metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of scalable reporting tools using platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical data teams to ensure high-quality data infrastructure.
• Establish standardized processes and governance for reporting, dashboard consistency, and analytics quality.

What we're looking for

• A degree is required for this position.
• 9+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance analytics are required.
• 1+ years of people leadership and supervisory experience are required.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is required.
• Strong skills in translating business questions into analytical insights and simplifying complex data are required.
• Experience supporting sales operations, commercial analytics, or business operations (preferred).
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution industries (preferred).
• Experience with modern analytics platforms, cloud environments, SQL, or an advanced degree is preferred.
