Business Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do

• Gather, clean, and analyze business data from multiple sources to identify patterns for decision-makers.
• Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives and interactive visualizations to enhance data storytelling.
• Provide strategic intelligence analysis to senior leadership based on emerging industry trends and quantitative insights.
• Design, test, and deploy business intelligence solutions that meet specific stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and implement scripts and tools to support automated data analysis and reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advise on analytical projects to influence decision-making processes and improve business practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or an equivalent field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting systems.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience interpreting market and financial data, or supply chain metrics.
• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics (preferred).
• Technical skills in scripting languages like SQL or Python and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis (preferred).
• Experience in consulting roles or analyzing specialized industries like the datacenter industry, energy sector, or trade policy (preferred).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate complex ideas to executive audiences (preferred).
