Senior Manager, Logistics

What you'll do

• Oversee the flow of materials, products, and services from point of origin to final delivery.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, team performance, and personnel development for Tualatin site locations.
• Develop and implement logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor adherence to operational SLAs, KPIs, SOX compliance, and ISO governance standards.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to improve process quality and reduce operational costs.
• Manage inventory control, including financial reporting, reconciliation, and critical parts availability.
• Coordinate international shipping requirements, including import-export licensing and banking documents.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues using structured problem-solving methods.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of management experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools (preferred).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills (preferred).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, designs, and schematics (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills (preferred).
• Experience in inventory control, process management, or SAP S4/EWM knowledge (preferred).
