As the Quality Manager for U.S. Warehouse Operations, you will lead initiatives to enhance operational performance by reducing defects and waste while ensuring adherence to quality standards across multiple warehouse locations. Reporting to the Director of Logistics, your responsibilities include owning and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO standards, developing quality policies, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions. You will analyze data to identify trends, perform root cause analysis using methodologies like 8D and DMAIC, and collaborate with logistics, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize processes. Additionally, you will train operational teams on quality practices, lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or related field, along with 12 years of experience in quality management within warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and data analysis skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP S/4 systems.
