Manager Quality, Logistics

What you'll do

• Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
• Lead internal and external audits while ensuring timely closure of findings through robust corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis using methodologies like 8D, 5-Why, and DMAIC to implement sustainable improvements.
• Establish and report on quality KPIs and performance metrics to leadership to identify trends and risks.
• Reduce defects, errors, and process variation across inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material handling workflows.
• Perform regular process audits and GEMBAs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Act as the primary escalation point for quality issues to ensure rapid containment and resolution.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse teams on quality standards and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environments.
• Experience managing or supporting quality systems within warehouse or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
• Expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with audits, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data/reporting systems; SAP S/4 or EWM experience is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent quality training is preferred.
