What you'll do

Develop and maintain inventory models and stock strategies to maximize asset availability within budget constraints.
Determine and assign Authorized Stock Levels and Reorder Points to meet program readiness requirements.
Conduct supportability and risk analyses to identify supply chain gaps and recommend mitigation actions.
Support procurement activities by providing logistics input, validating requirements, and prioritizing purchases for fleet needs.
Ensure Bills of Material and associated logistics data are accurate for maintenance and modification events.
Monitor sustainment metrics such as fill rates and backorders to drive necessary corrective actions.
Maintain configuration and data integrity for logistics records to align with engineering configurations.
Mentor junior analysts and lead continuous improvement initiatives for tools, processes, and data quality.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or maintenance; OR a Master's and 6 years; OR a PhD and 4 years.
Ability to obtain, transfer, and maintain a final U.S. adjudicated government Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with government aircraft maintenance and supply processes and systems.
Experience working within SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for material management.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical data to determine parts applicability.
Familiarity with aerospace standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9102.
