Manager, Logistics

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations, team performance, and career development for warehouse and resupply sites.
• Oversee the flow of materials, products, and information from point of origin to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, SOX, ISO, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for all warehousing and logistics issues.
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance quality.
• Monitor and report on key metrics including inventory, in-transit goods, and warehouse quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality escapes using structured problem-solving methods.
• Forecast and manage logistics budgets and headcount requirements in alignment with finance leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP systems (ECC, S4, EWM).
• Ability to analyze technical documents such as drawings, schematics, and designs.
• Experience with structured problem-solving methods like 8D, 5-why, and Fishbone.
• Familiarity with automated storage and retrieval systems including VLM, Autostore, and AGV.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
