What you'll do

  • Lead the implementation and support of MES, SCADA, and PLC integration processes.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation including user requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
  • Troubleshoot automation system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT and vendor support teams.
  • Ensure system compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Support system validation, change control activities, and audit preparations.
  • Analyze system performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Execute FAT/SAT, automation checkout, and functional testing for manufacturing equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing systems to improve reliability and efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Obtain a Doctorate in Engineering with 2 years of experience, a Master’s in Engineering with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 4 years of experience.
  • Experience must be in Manufacturing Systems or Automation.
  • Experience with AVEVA Wonderware Intouch configuration, programming, and troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (preferred).
  • Experience with automation systems in a regulated manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Experience with virtual-server infrastructure, process-control networks, and industrial system integration (preferred).
  • Experience in GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing and process-equipment automation (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Engineering and 2 years of Manufacturing Systems/Automation.
