Senior Manager, Wireless Systems Engineering

What you'll do

• Hire and develop a high-performing team of wireless communication systems engineers.
• Manage the development of L1, L2, and L3 algorithms for wireless and PNT networks.
• Develop end-to-end system architectures and requirements for non-terrestrial (NTN) networks in FR1 and FR2.
• Oversee the creation of link-level and system-level simulation platforms.
• Publish and maintain implementation-level specifications for hardware and software development.
• Define test cases and vectors for the integration and verification of end-to-end communication systems.
• Lead participation in standards organizations such as 3GPP and O-RAN.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and internal innovations to drive next-generation wireless solutions.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in wireless technology development.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of wireless communication system engineers.
• Experience leading teams for systems research and design for 3GPP systems like 4G LTE and 5G NR.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to write technical documents and specifications.
