Senior Manager, Wireless Systems Engineering

What you'll do

• Manage and develop a team of wireless communication systems engineers.
• Develop end-to-end system architecture and requirements for wireless NTN networks in FR1 and FR2.
• Manage the development of system-level and link-level simulation platforms.
• Publish and maintain implementation-level specifications for hardware and software development.
• Define test cases and test vectors for the integration and verification of end-to-end communication systems.
• Support the development and integration of payload and ground software for LEO communication networks.
• Manage participation in standards organizations such as 3GPP and O-RAN.
• Assess future technologies and internal innovations to drive next-generation solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in wireless technology development.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of wireless communication system engineers.
• Experience leading a team for systems research and design for 3GPP systems such as 4G LTE and 5G NR.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Master’s / PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred).
• Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
