Senior Manager, SEO

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end SEO strategy for both seller and buyer sides of the business.
• Drive the technical SEO roadmap by partnering with Engineering on rendering, speed, crawlability, and structured data.
• Execute a search-intent prioritization framework to guide both technical and content roadmaps.
• Optimize brand presence and citation accuracy across AI search surfaces like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Build reporting systems that link organic performance metrics directly to account creations and contracts.
• Use AI tools to automate keyword research, content generation, and technical audit workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align organic growth with broader acquisition goals.

What we're looking for

• Experience with deep technical SEO and content strategy at a senior or lead level.
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic and conversions for a consumer or marketplace company at scale.
• Technical expertise in crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema markup, and JavaScript rendering.
• Experience running search-intent prioritization frameworks to create actionable content briefs.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SQL or BI tools to analyze performance data.
• Working knowledge of how LLM-based search surfaces cite and rank content.
• Clear written communication skills to present roadmaps and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Real estate, fintech, or proptech experience; familiarity with AI-native SEO tooling; or experience managing a team (preferred).
