What you'll do

  • Lead field execution across multiple buildings, systems, and major discipline scopes throughout all phases of construction.
  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and oversight for Construction Managers responsible for specific trade disciplines.
  • Coordinate with General Contractors, EPC partners, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project priorities and execution strategy.
  • Manage daily field coordination meetings, including constraint resolution and schedule recovery efforts.
  • Monitor construction progress, manpower, logistics, and workface planning to ensure achievement of key milestones.
  • Identify execution risks and develop proactive mitigation plans for schedule impacts or resource constraints.
  • Oversee turnover planning, punch-list completion, and the transition of systems to commissioning and startup.
  • Provide accurate field status reports, risk assessments, and productivity updates for executive project reporting.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline is required.
  • 10+ years of experience managing construction execution on large-scale, complex mission-critical or industrial projects is required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading Construction Managers, Superintendents, field engineers, or multidisciplinary teams is required.
  • Experience delivering hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other technically complex infrastructure projects is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction sequencing, contractor management, workface planning, and schedule execution is required.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple contractors and stakeholders in fast-track, multi-billion-dollar construction environments is required.
  • Strong understanding of commissioning-driven delivery, phased turnover, and operational readiness is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills are required.
