Build a pipeline of new opportunities by qualifying partners, sizing revenue potential, and prioritizing projects for leadership review.
Lead negotiations with external partners to establish contract terms, legal frameworks, and commercial agreements.
Manage the full project lifecycle from initial partnership signing to go-live across multiple cross-functional workstreams.
Create financial models including revenue forecasts, P&L estimates, and ROI analyses for all expansion channels.
Track and report on performance metrics against 2030 roadmap milestones in weekly business reviews.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless channel launches.
Implement AI-augmented workflows to automate reporting, documentation, and project management tasks.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
8–10 years of progressive experience in eCommerce, business development, channel management, or a related field with ownership of multi-million-dollar outcomes.
Proven track record managing multiple complex, cross-functional programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience developing and managing external business partnerships, including contract negotiation and commercial relationship management.
Strong financial acumen to build channel-level P&L models, revenue forecasts, and ROI analyses.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex business cases to executive leadership.
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion) and data/analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related STEM field (preferred); experience in consumer electronics, retail, or digital commerce (preferred); PMP or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
