What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Technical expertise in protection & control systems, switchgear protection, low voltage substation controls, and power systems analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage engineering teams and complex projects effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, NEC standards, and other industry codes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills for strategic planning.
  • Experience in budget management and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
