Senior Manager, AMER LAN Engineering Lead

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LAN engineers and contractors across the Americas region.
• Design, deploy, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructures including LAN and wireless systems.
• Drive network automation using Python, Ansible, and GitHub to reduce manual effort and configuration drift.
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) and establish CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and validation.
• Serve as the global owner for IP address management (IPAM) across the entire enterprise network.
• Develop standardized, globally scalable network solutions in collaboration with international counterparts.
• Define and prioritize the regional network roadmap based on lifecycle, capacity, security, and cost.
• Oversee project scopes, deliverables, and budget planning for regional network initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field such as Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in a Sr. Network Engineering role designing, managing, and troubleshooting complex large-scale networks.
• Expert level industry certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent expertise).
• Proven experience leading teams of engineers and contractors, including performance management and HR/administrative responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of LAN and WLAN technologies with experience in vendor relationships and technology procurement at scale.
• Master's degree in a technical field (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Python and Ansible for network automation (preferred).
• Work authorization in the United States.
