Senior Lead, SW Support

What you'll do

• Provide senior-level production support for critical Accounting and Fund Administration applications to ensure system stability.
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents by coordinating with technology, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide technical guidance and leadership to team members and stakeholders.
• Evaluate processes, tools, and technologies to improve operational resilience and support efficiency.
• Oversee cross-functional activities including defect remediation, scheduling changes, and service improvement actions.
• Manage team priorities and monitor progress to ensure work is completed accurately within agreed timelines.
• Follow ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes including appropriate escalation and documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce repetitive operational activity and improve business outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in application production support across mainframe, distributed, and data platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, preferably Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, with the ability to troubleshoot common database issues.
• Practical knowledge of DataStage, ETL job support, investigation, and remediation.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server environments, including scripting and operational support.
• Excellent understanding of IT Service Management, including incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Work Authorization.
