Senior Lead, SW Support

What you'll do

• Provide senior-level production support for critical Accounting and Fund Administration applications to ensure system stability and availability.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex production incidents by coordinating with technology, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert providing technical guidance and leadership to team members and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement tools and processes to improve operational resilience and support efficiency.
• Advise on the development and maintenance of scripts, utilities, and application components for production stability.
• Oversee cross-functional activities including defect remediation, change scheduling, and service improvement actions.
• Manage team priorities and monitor progress to ensure work is completed accurately within agreed timelines.
• Follow ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes using tools like ServiceNow.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in application production support across mainframe, distributed, and data platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL (preferably Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server) and troubleshooting database issues.
• Practical knowledge of DataStage, ETL job support, investigation, and remediation.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server environments including scripting and operational support.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management processes, including incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow.
• Financial services domain knowledge in middle office operations or asset servicing (preferred).
• Work Authorization.
