What you'll do

Lead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Provide technical direction to developers by reviewing designs, reviewing code, and promoting engineering best practices.
Build secure, scalable, and high-performing mobile features using Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Java.
Integrate mobile applications with APIs, authentication services, analytics, feature flags, and third-party SDKs.
Align user experience and API usage across mobile and React web applications.
Coordinate with backend teams to manage microservices, cloud deployments, and PCF/Cloud Foundry dependencies.
Drive CI/CD pipelines, release readiness, performance tuning, security remediation, and production support.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on native mobile development for iOS and Android.
Advanced experience with iOS technologies including Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Xcode, and the iOS SDK.
Advanced experience with Android technologies including Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack, and Gradle.
Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, driving code quality, and supporting enterprise release processes.
Working knowledge of React-based web applications and familiarity with backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, build automation, monitoring, and production support.
Work Authorization.
