What you'll do

Own and maintain the complete MDM data pipeline from source systems through downstream distribution.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ETL solutions for data integration.
Define and oversee data contracts, quality standards, validation rules, and control frameworks.
Manage batch processing operations to ensure adherence to service level agreements and timely issue resolution.
Drive the modernization of ETL capabilities by adopting Azure-based technologies for improved scalability and automation.
Provide technical direction, mentorship, and oversight to the ETL team while promoting engineering best practices.

What we're looking for

Experience in technical leadership and providing mentorship to engineering teams.
Expertise in end-to-end data pipeline ownership, including ingestion, transformation, and distribution.
Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable ETL solutions.
Ability to define and oversee data quality standards, validation rules, and control frameworks.
Experience managing batch processing operations and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Experience driving the adoption of Azure-based technologies for platform modernization.
