As a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the Corporate Technology End User Compute team, you will apply deep technical expertise to analyze complex data and systems while anticipating upstream and downstream implications. You will architect and implement changes to modernize technology processes, drive complex programs, and lead the adoption of AI-assisted practices for delivery and automation. Your daily work involves managing infrastructure in accordance with compliance, risk, and security standards. Required skills include experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma services, Strata Cloud Manager, and Zero Trust or SSE/SASE architectures. You must demonstrate proficiency in cloud infrastructure, networking, databases, and storage engineering. You will also integrate endpoint, identity, and SIEM controls while utilizing enterprise-authorized AI to accelerate analysis of infrastructure signals and documentation.

What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Knowledge of infrastructure engineering areas such as hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance.
Experience with Palo Alto in large-scale, multi-region enterprise deployments.
Experience with Zero Trust and SSE/SASE architectures for end-user connectivity.
Experience integrating endpoint, identity, SIEM, and network security controls for governed operations.
Hands-on experience deploying and supporting Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma services, and Strata Cloud Manager in enterprise environments.
Experience with operational discipline in incident/problem/change management and audit-ready documentation.
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Familiarity with API-driven automation, policy validation, and CI/CD-aligned infrastructure workflows (preferred).
Proven leadership in geographically distributed, follow-the-sun support models (preferred).
