Senior HW Dev Engineer, Antenna System Validation

What you'll do

• Define and lead the architectural vision for advanced phased array antenna systems.
• Provide strategic technical input on program decisions and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Create system-level design blueprints to guide RF, digital, and hardware teams.
• Oversee system integration between phased array systems, RF front-ends, and digital beamforming.
• Direct cross-functional teams to meet specific performance, power, and thermal targets.
• Set architectural direction for manufacturability and testability for high-volume production.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
• Experience in phased array design principles, including beamforming, steering, and calibration.
• Experience with RF front-end design, high-speed digital systems, and signal integrity.
• Experience with system modeling tools and architectural design methodologies.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in Space Vehicle/Satellite Operations, Space Communications, or related industry (preferred).
