Sr. HR Manager- Data Center Operations serves as a dedicated human resources leader for a 24/7 datacenter campus in the Greater Milwaukee area. This role supports over 250 employees within a mission-critical, high-growth infrastructure environment. The manager is responsible for shaping local culture, driving employee engagement, and managing complex labor relations matters involving represented workforces. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership on site strategy, overseeing change management, designing manager capability programs, and coordinating crisis management and disaster recovery efforts. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in employment law, collective bargaining, and large-scale operational environments like manufacturing or warehouse settings. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in HR or related fields involving employment laws and policies.
3+ years of experience in large-scale (500+ employees), frontline, or operational environments.
3+ years of experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
Demonstrated experience in labor relations, including collective bargaining and managing relationships with employee representative bodies (preferred).
Human Resources Professional Certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM (preferred).
5+ years of experience partnering with a wide network of clients to deliver business solutions (preferred).
