What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom manufacturing automation equipment.
Develop automated assembly stations, test fixtures, tooling, and end-of-line systems.
Integrate electrical controls, motion systems, robotics, machine vision, and industrial hardware.
Program equipment automation using Python, PLCs, LabVIEW, or C#.
Manage equipment commissioning, validation, qualification, and production readiness.
Develop proof-of-concept solutions and transition successful technologies into full production.
Establish automation standards and mentor engineers and technicians.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
5+ years of experience developing manufacturing or industrial automation equipment.
Experience in robotics design, automation systems development, control systems design, or related product development.
Experience designing and troubleshooting electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
Experience developing custom automation from concept through production deployment.
Experience with industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, CAN, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, and RS-485.
Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred); experience in battery, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or robotics (preferred).
