Senior Desktop & Endpoint Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage enterprise-scale desktop environments using SCCM for software deployment, patching, and configuration management.
• Design and optimize SCCM collections, task sequences, and deployment strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain standardized Windows operating system images for device lifecycle management.
• Administer VMware Workspace ONE for mobile device enrollment, configuration, and security management.
• Configure compliance policies, device profiles, and application deployments to meet security standards.
• Develop automation solutions and scripts to streamline endpoint administration and reduce manual effort.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to software deployment, device enrollment, and application distribution.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

What we're looking for

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Management, or End User Computing (EUC) environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM/Configuration Manager for software distribution, patch management, OSD, task sequences, and collections.
• Proven expertise in VMware Workspace ONE administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and enterprise endpoint management practices.
• Experience implementing endpoint security and compliance controls.
• Experience with automation and scripting for operational efficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint management issues.
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager or VMware Workspace One certifications (preferred).
