What you'll do

Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the endpoint protection platform.
Configure, maintain, and optimize endpoint prevention and detection policies.
Manage sensor lifecycle, coverage, versioning, and health across all enterprise endpoints.
Administer role-based access controls and identity integrations such as SSO and RBAC.
Execute response actions including host containment, process termination, and IOC management.
Ensure endpoint alerts integrate effectively with SIEM and ITSM platforms.
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for endpoint security.
Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, reliability, and automation.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in systems or security platform administration.
Hands-on experience administering CrowdStrike Falcon or a comparable EDR platform.
Strong understanding of endpoint security concepts and incident response workflows.
Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
Ability to operate independently in a production enterprise environment.
Experience integrating endpoint security platforms with SIEM or ITSM tools (preferred).
Scripting or automation experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash (preferred).
Experience in regulated or highly controlled environments (preferred).
Relevant security or platform certifications (preferred).
