Senior Endpoint Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of endpoint solutions for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and Citrix configurations and reporting.
• Manage the full lifecycle of workstation hardware and software, including BIOS, firmware, and driver updates.
• Oversee the deployment of security patches, encryption, and mobile device security policies.
• Develop and maintain endpoint build standards, software packaging, and deployment procedures.
• Manage VDI solutions and next-generation technology deployments across the enterprise.
• Track project progress and operational metrics to provide regular updates to leadership.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Security teams to develop value-added endpoint engineering solutions.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of seven years of experience deploying operating systems and applications, writing reports, and using PowerShell to automate tasks.
• Minimum of seven years of experience working with multiple operating systems, primarily Windows and macOS.
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory, including Group Policy, replication, DNS, and organizational unit design best practices.
• Expertise in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, and hybrid integration with Azure Active Directory.
• Extensive experience in mobile device management using Intune and delivering endpoint protection, encryption, and cloud MDM.
• Experience supporting and administering virtual workspace environments running on VMware vSphere and Citrix XenDesktop.
• Experience creating deployment test plans, managing deployment groups, and a general understanding of software development, agile, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
