Senior Equipment Reliability Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead and facilitate root cause failure analysis (RCFA) investigations for significant equipment downtime events.
• Develop and maintain reliability programs including FMEA, criticality assessments, and RCM strategies.
• Provide engineering support for capital projects, equipment installations, and modifications to production systems.
• Analyze performance data such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Partner with manufacturing engineering on design reviews to ensure maintainability of new or modified equipment.
• Manage CMMS data integrity, asset hierarchy, work order quality, and failure coding accuracy.
• Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for production assets.
• Manage critical spare parts strategy and budgets for reliability-critical equipment.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or 4+ years of reliability engineering experience in manufacturing/infrastructure.
• 5+ years of combined experience in maintenance management, maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or equipment engineering in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading RCFA/RCA investigations using structured methodologies like 5-Why, Fishbone, or Fault Tree Analysis.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with a major CMMS platform including asset hierarchy management and work order configuration.
• Experience leading or supporting CMMS implementation and rollout including system configuration, data migration, and user training.
• Working knowledge of reliability principles including FMEA, RCM, and Weibull analysis.
• Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
