What you'll do

Resolve complex electro-mechanical issues on production-critical automated systems and robotics.
Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures impacting manufacturing throughput.
Develop technical documentation including SOPs, emergency procedures, and safety task lists.
Create risk assessments and operational dashboards for critical manufacturing equipment and systems.
Plan and schedule complex maintenance tasks while coordinating with production teams and external vendors.
Implement process improvement plans focused on increasing equipment uptime and reliability.
Support the implementation of Ignition SCADA and related control systems for monitoring.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
Must have at least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience in the mechanical or controls field, including electrical theory, robotics, and automated equipment.
Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and engineering documentation.
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems under pressure.
Experience with Ignition SCADA or similar industrial control platforms.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations such as Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA.
A trade certification, journeyman license, or equivalent technical education is preferred.
