What you'll do

Design and implement software architecture for the Human Resources product group.

Utilize state-of-the-art technologies outside of Workday to drive innovation and value.

What we're looking for

3+ years of hands-on Workday development experience
Proficiency in Java and extensive experience with agile methodologies
Expertise in building highly scalable distributed systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to triage operational issues
Experience with test-driven development and software test automation
Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST APIs, and modern Workday platform capabilities
HR business domain knowledge
