What you'll do

Design, build, and support secure, scalable solutions for the Acceptance Solutions platform.
Write production-level code for transaction processing platforms 60-75% of the time.
Implement Generative AI, agentic AI workflows, and RAG for intelligent automation.
Develop enterprise-scale distributed systems, APIs, and integration platforms using microservices.
Build event-driven architectures using Kafka, message queues, and workflow orchestration.
Manage authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
Perform system design, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support for cloud-native applications.
Establish safe AI practices and utilize AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot.

What we're looking for

Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Kotlin (preferred).
Experience designing, building, and supporting APIs, web services, microservices, or enterprise integration services (preferred).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code (preferred).
Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka, message queues, event streaming, or workflow orchestration (preferred).
Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, mTLS, IAM) (preferred).
Experience with observability and reliability (Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SLOs) (preferred).
Experience with automated testing, contract testing, performance testing, and API certification (preferred).
