What you'll do

Design, build, and support secure, scalable solutions for the Acceptance Solutions platform.
Write production-level code for transaction processing platforms using modern programming languages.
Develop and test APIs, web services, and microservices using REST and OpenAPI standards.
Implement Generative AI, agentic AI workflows, and intelligent automation into software solutions.
Manage cloud-native infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Build and maintain event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ message queues.
Execute production support, debugging, and code reviews to ensure system reliability.
Develop ETL pipelines and data lake architectures for real-time streaming analytics.

What we're looking for

Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Must be proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Kotlin.
Must be able to use AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or agentic AI effectively.
Must have experience designing, building, and testing APIs, web services, or microservices.
Must be able to work in an office setting at least 3 days a week.
Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time.
Preferred: experience with a Bachelor's degree or experience with an Advanced Degree.
Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
