The role requires expertise in SAP BRIM, CC, CI, and FI-CA, along with experience in the telco or utilities domain processing over 30 million CDRs annually. Key skills include Java scripting, requirement gathering, and proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies to ensure data integrity and optimize high-volume pipelines for complex subscription billing environments.

What you'll do

Develop mediation rules, mappings, and transformation logic using Java within SAP Convergent Mediation.
Build and maintain high-volume pipelines to process usage and event-based data for accurate billing.
Integrate CM with external systems via SFTP, EDI, and other usage data platforms.
Monitor adapters, perform reconciliations, and re-process failed CDRs to ensure data integrity.
Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and BRIM functionalities to advocate for SAP standard best practices.
Convert technical and functional specifications into test scenarios and scripts.
Automate recurrent incidents and ensure all critical BRIM processes are properly monitored and alerted.
Lead the planning, sequencing, and execution of end-to-end design workshops and project initiatives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
8+ years of experience in SAP.
At least 2 years of experience in BRIM (preferred).
Strong understanding of usage event collection and mediation rules.
Hands-on Java scripting for CM logic.
Working knowledge of CC, CI/FI-CA, and overall BRIM flow.
Experience in the telco, utilities, or subscription billing domain with over 30 million CDRs per year.
Proficiency with ASAP Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
