What you'll do

  • Execute Enterprise SaaS configuration and administration for portfolio management platforms.
  • Build and support multi-system integrations and scalable business automations.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, complex reporting solutions, and backend database structures.
  • Translate cross-functional business needs into technical configurations for Planview.
  • Manage and pull tasks from a shared backlog using an agile mindset.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues to deliver short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Assist in the technical onboarding of external teams into the Planview system.

What we're looking for

  • 4-8 years of experience in enterprise application development, system integration, or SaaS configuration (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency configuring solutions within Planview and the Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Automate) (preferred).
  • Strong database querying skills, including the ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries (preferred).
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and supporting ETL pipelines (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience building, consuming, and troubleshooting APIs (REST/SOAP) to support multi-system integrations (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of PMO methodologies, project portfolio management, and related business processes (preferred).
