Manager, Application Development, SAP BRIM

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day SAP Run operations to ensure the stability, security, and performance of the S/4HANA BRIM landscape.
• Oversee end-to-end incident, defect, problem, enhancement, and change management processes for all core SAP BRIM modules.
• Monitor system integrations involving Salesforce, middleware, APIs, and digital payment systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools and automated processes to improve operational productivity and create self-healing capabilities.
• Enforce "out-of-the-box" SAP solutions to minimize technical debt and reduce custom development requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX audit requirements for the BRIM platform.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of onshore and offshore functional and technical engineers.
• Balance team capacity against incoming support tickets, operational demands, and minor enhancement projects.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP landscapes.
• At least 3+ years in a formal leadership, managerial, or team lead role (preferred).
• Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated technical and functional experience in SAP BRIM.
• Proven experience managing SAP Run/Support operations in a high-volume enterprise environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and debug ABAP code.
• Proficiency using modern AI tools for automated testing, configuration verification, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Digital Payment Add-ons (preferred).
