What you'll do

Design, build, and support real-time rating and charging solutions within the SAP BRIM ecosystem.
Configure and maintain core Convergent Charging objects including BITs, CITs, Price Plans, and Charge Plans.
Troubleshoot production issues such as queue backlogs, pricing discrepancies, and rating anomalies.
Reconcile end-to-end usage-to-bill flows across Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA.
Develop and maintain integration interfaces using REST APIs and SOAP web services with internal and external systems.
Perform performance tuning of rating engines and high-volume transaction processing.
Convert technical and functional specifications into test scenarios and scripts for system validation.
Lead design workshops and provide solution leadership for new build projects and enhancements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
8+ years of SAP experience.
2–3+ years of experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (preferred).
Expertise in SAP BRIM Convergent Charging core tools, including Admin+, BART IEC Bulk Loader, Rater, Guider, Updater, and Dispatcher commands.
Experience with high-volume transaction processing and performance tuning of rating clusters.
Proficiency in integration across SAP CC, SOM, CI, FI-CA, SD, and external mediation systems.
Experience working with subscription, usage-based, telecom, or utilities billing models.
Proficiency with ASAP Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
