Sr. Electrical & Controls Engineer (OT)

What you'll do

• Leads electrical engineering efforts through all phases of mid-to-large scale automation projects.
• Manages project scope, schedule, and finances to meet business objectives.
• Designs complex systems using Rockwell control systems, SCADA/MES technologies, and industrial power distribution.
• Provides technical support during system start-up and operational checkout, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Mentors peers and drives standard practices in controls engineering across the organization.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong technical skills in electrical/instrumentation and controls, industrial power distribution, and Rockwell systems.
• Proficiency in ISA-S88, PackML standards, SCADA/MES technologies, and OT networks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage outside engineering firms and vendors.
• Experience managing project budgets and delivering projects within scope, schedule, and financial constraints.
• Effective communication skills with senior management and the ability to work in a participative team environment.
