Senior Electrical & Controls Engineer (OT)

What you'll do

• Lead electrical engineering efforts through all phases of capital projects including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure manufacturing improvements meet corporate business objectives.
• Oversee the installation and startup of complex industrial power systems and Rockwell control technologies.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and control systems using technical manuals, P&IDs, and schematics.
• Provide hardware and software application support for engineers and operations teams.
• Manage external vendors, engineering firms, and construction contractors to execute project requirements.
• Develop manufacturing equipment, processes, and procedures for line extensions and new product development.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety performance objectives, and regulatory specifications.

What we're looking for

• Must possess an engineering degree in BSEE or a similar field.
• Requires 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing controls, preferably in CPG, food, or discrete manufacturing.
• Must have strong technical skills in electrical/instrumentation, industrial power distribution, and Rockwell control systems.
• Requires working knowledge of NEC, ANSI, IEC, NEMA, and NFPA standards.
• Requires working knowledge of OT networks including industrial Ethernet, VLANs, switches, firewalls, and secure segmentation.
• Must have experience with data collection systems such as SCADA, MES, Historian, and SQL.
• Ability to develop, read, and interpret P&IDs and electrical drawings.
• Experience managing external engineering firms, equipment vendors, and construction contractors for project execution.
