What you'll do

Design and develop new and existing control systems critical to launch operations.
Architect, write, and debug structured PLC code for manufacturing applications.
Design and implement controls network infrastructure and interfaces for data acquisition systems.
Operate, upgrade, and maintain SCADA infrastructure at launch and production sites.
Create electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics while laying out compliant industrial control panels.
Manage the construction of electrical cabinets, field wiring, and fluid plumbing.
Execute checkout and activation testing for new equipment and ground support tools.
Develop robust procedures to guide technicians in building and activating control systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechatronics engineering, or another engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience with instrumentation power systems design, data acquisition systems, or programmable controllers.
Experience designing and building high-quality electrical control panels and electro-mechanical systems.
Proficiency in PLC programming, preferably using Siemens TIA Portal.
Experience with HMI and SCADA programming, preferably with Ignition software.
Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 79, and UL508A codes for industrial electrical control panels.
Ability to pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
