What you'll do

  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from initial research and design to launch and iteration.
  • Manage the architectural roadmap while balancing technical implementation, regulatory requirements, and product profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and leaders in a high-growth environment.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by utilizing analytics, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, risk, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure product success, usability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the product portfolio's profitability and associated budgetary decisions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced or master's degree (preferred).
  • 12+ years of relevant experience and 5 years of experience leading others.
  • 15+ years of product management experience and 10+ years managing teams of product managers/leaders.
  • Prior experience in FinTech or financial services working on credit products.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products on mobile and web, including 0-1 products and scaling existing ones.
  • Experience launching and operating financial products in global markets (preferred).
  • Experience using AI to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of product delivery (preferred).
