Director, Product Management

What you'll do

• Establish a cohesive product vision and strategy for products or platforms to ensure scalability.
• Lead the development of executable product roadmaps by balancing technical implementation with regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize customer experience and needs in all product requirements and decision-making processes.
• Standardize workstreams including analytics, market research, and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decisions.
• Manage product profitability through strategic budgetary decisions and operational reviews.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial ideation through launch for new features.
• Monitor AI/ML trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Present product performance metrics and vision to senior leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience leading others.
• Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing product teams is required.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, specifically assistants and LLMs, is required.
• Experience managing products and aligning development with business objectives is required.
• Experience in payments, financial services, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Understanding of servicing channels and customer pain points is preferred.
