Senior Director, Product Management, Capital Markets & Analytics

What you'll do

• Establish the vision, strategy, and execution for Treasury, Trading, and bank balance sheet risk management products.
• Create and manage frameworks for prioritizing work, capabilities, components, and infrastructure across multiple customer solutions.
• Communicate and evangelize product and portfolio strategy to executives and stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment.
• Develop frameworks for using data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision-making.
• Prioritize and remove blockers to orchestrate successful product launch and optimization cycles.
• Build and mature the Product Management organization by shaping culture, providing mentorship, and defining people strategies.
• Revamp the data ecosystem to consume and leverage streamlined and enriched data end-to-end.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products for balance sheet risk management, treasury, and trading functions.

What we're looking for

• At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
• Proven experience in ideating, building, and implementing digital products.
• Experience with Treasury and Capital Markets products and data.
• Experience in organizational change management and transforming ways of working.
• Deep knowledge of the Product Management discipline and experience building Product teams.
• Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification (preferred).
• Data Management experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of Agile Product Management experience (preferred).
