Senior Director, Product & Finance Technology

What you'll do

• Build and evolve the Product Finance function by establishing robust processes for evaluating investments with long-term returns.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to provide financial modeling for resource prioritization and investment decisions.
• Manage engineering P&Ls, including annual operating plans, budget tracking, and long-range forecasting.
• Track and report KPIs against cloud hosting agreements while optimizing costs across dual cloud environments.
• Collaborate with business development and corporate development teams to evaluate M&A opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Analyze developer productivity and resource allocation to drive financial efficiencies in product rationalization.
• Create complex financial models and presentation materials to provide strategic input for executive decision-making.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team to address organizational capability gaps.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• MBA or CPA certification is highly preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in FP&A.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure and cloud cost analysis.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
• Experience working with AWS or GCP cloud products.
• Required experience in investment banking or consulting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, large data sets, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation creation.
