What you'll do

Establish and scale the Product Engineering organization to focus on modular infrastructure and industrialized construction.
Define and execute a long-term strategy to convert field-built infrastructure into standardized, manufacturable products.
Manage the full product lifecycle including requirements, technical specifications, validation plans, and roadmap development.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs and suppliers to align their roadmaps with OCI's needs.
Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles across all infrastructure components.
Lead the transition toward off-site assembly and factory-built systems to reduce field labor and deployment time.
Oversee the integration of modular products into global data center designs and construction methodologies.

What we're looking for

15+ years of experience in product engineering, modular infrastructure, manufacturing engineering, or critical infrastructure roles.
7+ years of experience leading engineering or product development organizations.
Experience developing modular or prefabricated infrastructure solutions for mission-critical facilities or large-scale manufacturing.
Expertise in product lifecycle management, systems engineering, and hardware development.
Experience collaborating with OEMs and strategic suppliers to develop custom products.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and integrated infrastructure systems.
Experience driving Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and industrialized construction initiatives.
An advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering is preferred.
