Senior Director, Engineering Systems, Data Center Infra

What you'll do

• Build an operating model to define how new infrastructure technologies are developed, validated, and scaled globally.
• Establish governance models and stage gates for the engineering lifecycle of successive data center designs.
• Translate compute, networking, and AI roadmaps into scalable mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural solutions.
• Create enterprise engineering change management processes to ensure design consistency across the global fleet.
• Develop systems for new product introduction including evaluation, pilot deployments, and production readiness criteria.
• Establish standardized validation strategies such as factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing for new platforms.
• Standardize commissioning methodologies and documentation to ensure infrastructure is validated before operational handoff.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Requires expertise in engineering operations and critical infrastructure development.
• Requires experience in technical program and product leadership.
• Requires a proven track record of building organizations and establishing scalable engineering processes.
• Experience in hyperscale, cloud, semiconductor, or other mission-critical environments is required.
