Senior Director, Engineering Systems, Data Center Infra

What you'll do

• Build the engineering operating model for developing, validating, and scaling new infrastructure technologies.
• Define the engineering lifecycle and governance for successive generations of data center designs.
• Establish enterprise engineering change processes for infrastructure designs, standards, and Basis of Design documentation.
• Develop systems for introducing new infrastructure technologies into production through structured evaluation and pilot deployments.
• Create standardized engineering validation strategies including laboratory testing, factory acceptance, and site acceptance testing.
• Standardize commissioning methodologies, documentation, and turnover processes across the global data center portfolio.
• Translate compute, networking, and AI roadmaps into scalable mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural solutions.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have deep expertise in engineering operations and critical infrastructure development.
• Must have experience building organizations and establishing scalable engineering processes.
• Must have a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives in hyperscale, cloud, semiconductor, or mission-critical environments.
• Must have experience with technical program and product leadership.
