What you'll do

  • Lead the enterprise architecture practice by establishing a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the function.
  • Translate technical strategies into business value and risk implications during executive-level discussions.
  • Manage architecture governance to ensure alignment with technology standards and target states across the organization.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of architects through coaching and professional growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding technology investments and strategic decision-making.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and machine learning, within safe frameworks.
  • Bridge the gap between business goals and IT execution by creating technology-enabled roadmaps.
  • Manage EA resources, including budget, tooling, training, and staffing requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of progressive technology experience.
  • 8+ years in a senior leadership role guiding enterprise-level architecture, strategic planning, or platform engineering in a global environment.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale digital transformation, legacy modernization, or cloud migration initiatives.
  • Multidisciplinary experience in at least three areas: Business/Enterprise Architecture, Solution/Technical Architecture, Cloud Platforms, Data/Analytics Engineering, or DevSecOps.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern tech stacks, API-led connectivity, microservices architectures, and data mesh principles.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and influence without direct authority within a matrixed, global organizational structure.
