Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis, Fixed Income

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership and consultation for business application developments to support organizational growth.
• Interpret complex information and participate in client review sessions to influence technology decisions.
• Develop, recommend, and facilitate the implementation of new technologies to support existing processes.
• Advise project managers and directors on technology functionality and utilization based on business dynamics.
• Resolve ambiguous challenges by developing new methods using analytical and inductive thinking.
• Gather complex business requirements from partners and lead discussions to design technical solutions.
• Prepare and validate solution design documents covering scope, requirements, and quality assurance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to guide a diverse team through end-to-end project implementations.

What we're looking for

• You must have 5-8 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis within a BCS role.
• Experience leading projects and designing solutions across Capital Markets, Settlement, or Fixed Income is required.
• Expertise in financial products, particularly Fixed Income and end-to-end trade processes, is required.
• Proficiency with industry platforms including FIX protocol, XML, Oracle databases, Bloomberg TOMS, and Alteryx is required.
• Experience working with Confluence and Jira in Agile environments is required.
• Advanced analytical skills including gap analysis and proficiency in Excel pivot tables and Visio are required.
• You must be able to communicate detailed information effectively and lead solution design discussions.
• You must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
