What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree required in computer science, engineering, telecommunications, business administration, or a related technical discipline.
Professional experience of at least 4-6 years in information systems organizations including applications development, technical services, and operations.
Proven track record in consulting or line management roles developing strategic technology plans for large diverse corporate environments.
Specific experience with global network infrastructure planning, design, and implementation is required.
Minimum 3-4 years of technical experience in a client/server network environment including WAN, LAN, VPN, and network security technologies.
Experience in the development, negotiation, and administration of vendor service agreements, software licensing, and department budgets.
Proven technical and vendor management skills to manage third-party providers within predefined operating budgets.
