Senior Associate Software Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Create end-to-end test plans and manage all activities to ensure software objectives are met.
• Review functional and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables.
• Identify test requirements from Conditions of Acceptance and design comprehensive test coverage plans.
• Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases, test summaries, and process documents.
• Execute manual and exploratory test cases to evaluate functionality, performance, stability, and compatibility.
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects while verifying fixes through usability testing.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Performance, Stress, and Endurance testing on validated deliverables.
• Identify quality issues and escalate emergent risks to Product Owners and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 2 years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance.
• Experience with Test Track Pro, Version One, or similar testing tools/suites (preferred).
• Experience with software that directly interfaces with 3rd party firmware (preferred).
• Experience in an Agile Scrum environment (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
