Senior Associate IS Analyst, Process Development Labs

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of laboratory benchtop platforms, including software and hardware refreshes.
• Resolve support requests involving laboratory computers, software upgrades, and system troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain current controller software, drivers, patches, and other software packages.
• Build and support DEV, TEST, and PROD environments in cloud and on-premises settings.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve team efficiency and server task management.
• Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for lifecycle processes.
• Manage ServiceNow activities including Service Access Reviews, application CI records, and orphaned assets.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Doctorate with 2 years of experience, a Master’s with 8–10 years, a Bachelor’s with 10–14 years, or a Diploma with 14–18 years in a related field.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience in systems administration and infrastructure.
• Must have experience with networking, DNS, firewalls, security, patching, AWS, and VMware.
• Must have a thorough understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Must have experience developing and maintaining scripts to automate server tasks.
• Must possess strong customer focus, leadership, and organizational skills to manage multiple lifecycle projects.
• Must be able to define infrastructure requirements and assess vendor recommendations against business needs.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, Tableau, or generative AI tools (preferred).
