IT Quality Senior Analyst, Assistant Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain scalable automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver in Java.
• Design, write, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and cases for functional and regression testing.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Page Object Model, TestNG, or Cucumber BDD.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger to validate backend services.
• Execute SQL queries to perform database validation and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues not covered by formal cases.
• Provide clear reporting on test progress, defect status, and product quality to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 6 to 9 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on test automation.
• Proficiency in designing and developing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong programming skills in at least one object-oriented language such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Pytest, NUnit, or similar.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation and experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or test automation (preferred).
