What you'll do

Analyze large volumes of numeric and textual data to uncover insights regarding consumer behavior and market conditions.
Build machine learning models through all phases of development including design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
Utilize a broad technology stack including Python, Spark, H2O, and AWS to process complex datasets.
Translate complex technical findings into tangible business goals for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers and product managers to deliver high-impact products.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and state-of-the-art methods to improve data science solutions.
Identify patterns in large datasets to inform corporate strategy and growth initiatives.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 2 years of data analytics experience.
Alternatively, must have a Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Preferred candidates hold a Master's or PhD in a STEM field.
At least 2 years of experience in Python, Scala, or R is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience with machine learning is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience with SQL is preferred.
Must be able to build and validate models using techniques like clustering, classification, sentiment analysis, time series, and deep learning.
Must be proficient in a broad stack including Conda, AWS, H2O, and Spark to analyze large volumes of data.
