What you'll do

Develop and deliver enterprise-quality software applications integrated with Large Language Models and other AI tools.
Build scalable applications using voice recognition, document parsing, image parsing, and RAG systems.
Design and optimize data pipelines and datasets for AI system development and testing.
Fine-tune and serve GPT-family and Llama models while implementing prompt caching strategies.
Develop AI agents and prototype co-pilot experiences or autonomous workflows.
Communicate modern AI concepts and technical requirements to non-technical audiences.
Fully document all work at both the code and application levels.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in developing AI-enhanced applications using LLMs, voice, image, or speech models.
B.S. degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Python and AI-related libraries such as openai, tensorflow, and pytorch.
Proficiency in creating Node.js web apps (e.g., Express.js).
Skilled in building RAG systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
Proficient in AI system evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1-score, AUC-ROC) and MLOps.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
