What you'll do

Develop and deliver enterprise-quality software applications powered by AI.
Build scalable applications integrating Large Language Models, voice recognition, and document parsing into existing codebases.
Design and optimize data pipelines and datasets for AI system development and testing.
Craft and maintain effective prompts, prompt libraries, and caching strategies to maximize LLM performance.
Fine-tune and serve GPT-family and Llama models for production use.
Develop AI agents and prototype autonomous workflows using tools like Semantic Kernel.
Build RAG systems from scratch using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
Document all code and application-level work thoroughly.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in developing AI-enhanced applications using LLMs, voice, image, or speech models.
B.S. degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Python and AI-related libraries such as openai, tensorflow, and pytorch.
Proficiency in creating Node.js web apps (e.g., Express.js).
Skilled in building RAG systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
Proficient in AI system evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1-score, AUC-ROC) and MLOps.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
